Any good suggestions for whom to call to source out the cause of periodic water in one of our outer walls? Condo says it is not from brick pointing nor internal pipes. I need an expert in - what??

Why are you responsible for this? Your building should be responsible, did you check your condo by-laws? In my building, if they couldn't identify an exterior cause they would probably check for an interior leak. I have experienced this with a leak in my kitchen. The building guys break the interior wall, check for leaky pipes, bring in a plumber to repair or replace the pipes; send a contractor who works regularly in the building to repair the wall and repaint. No cost to us.
