If your preferred apartment is not available, or you are just not ready yet, then consider joining the 2017 Priority Wait List.
Benefits include:
1. First information about availability and first opportunity to secure your preferred apartment, when available
2. Invitations to special events at the community including lectures and educational and social events
3. Invitation to meet with ‘Riverfronters’ at private community dinners.
The one-time fee for the 2017 Priority Wait List is $150 & secures your position for up to three years.
At this time, there are a few one and two bedroom condominiums which are expected to be available in 2019.
