Any body know where I can get a costume necklace re-strung?

I need to have a necklace re-strung and I don't want to 'break the bank.'

Does anybody have a suggestion of where I might have this done.

It is costume not fine jewelry, a gift from a friend, so it is more sentimental than anything.
