Living Will and Medical Power of Attorney

PA law has changed with regard to these documents. If people have documents they signed a while ago, they need to be reviewed by attorney who specializes in such matters and probably revised. Once completed they must be signed and notarized. 2 witnesses are required. Copies to all persons involved including doctors. Keep documents where family and PoA know where to find them.
