I use Dropbox (for those not familiar, this is a very user-friendly cloud product) and I downloaded the Dropbox app for iPhone as well as Dropbox for my iMac and Windows laptop. Dropbox automatically adds the photos from my iPhone - I didn't do anything else after setting up the app on iPhone. If this doesn't work for you, respond to this and I'll take a closer look at my settings.
